How to use
For the nose: lie down with the head turned to one side, gently place the tip in the upper nostril and squeeze. Turn the head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril. For the eyes: squeeze a few drops into the eye without letting the tip touch the eye, then wipe away the excess with clean cotton.
