Take Glucophage with a meal, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break the tablets.
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have any kidney, liver, or heart problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking it.
Missed Dose: Take the medicine as soon as you can, but skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next dose. Do not take two doses at one time.
